Triad with Cathy

An hour of experiential time with Cathy, maximum 2 students. Please email Cathy to let her know you are attending and please let him know if, for any reason, you can’t attend so that the space can be offered to another student. We only have a few triads this time…. We hope you can make use of them, and if more are needed, please tell us.

These are small contained triads in order to get more specific attention to your personal practice and learning. We invite two students to join for an hour of practice. The format is flexible and may include participants bringing specific issues to explore. This is like a Focusing Triad partnership with one of the teachers attending.
