UPDATE – We are now offering our FOT training using online modules. This has opened us to consider more online training. Let us know if you might want to join one of these online sessions to learn and practice Focusing.
All our courses are presented in a manner that is consistent with the Focusing process itself. The atmosphere is respectful, informal, democratic and non-hierarchical. London Focusing offer upcoming workshops and a 2-year course to become a Certified Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapist/Professional. Our weekend workshops consist of 2-days, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 10-3, offering an Introduction to Focusing and Focusing-Oriented Therapy for helping professionals wanting to learn Focusing for their own self-care and development, and for their work with clients.
We also offer workshops specially designed for your group – feel free to make contact to arrange a workshop for your professional or community group, CPD event, or open-access public group. We also prioritise offering affordable or free training to groups actively involved in progressive and positive social change and democratic participation.
If you are new to Focusing and would like to arrange a brief online taster of the process with a team of our teachers, please contact us. We offer these ‘taster sessions’ online for free, by request and occasionally throughout the year: firstname.lastname@example.org
