Listening to Embodied Relationships
This project was designed to introduce Focusing to experienced therapists who are using relational approaches, more specifically to Cognitive Analytic Practitioners and Psychotherapists. The workshop combined practical focusing exercises with theoretical dialogue around the complementarity of somatic focusing and cognitive analytic therapy.

Our Body – Our Coach
This one-day workshop was designed to look at how Focusing can enhance Coaching. This workshop remains available for individuals, employers, groups and organisations. The workshop is designed to accommodate which ever topics or issues are relevant to the participants with the aim of enhancing the quality and depth of their coaching journey and outcomes.
